About MRM
Modelrailroadmuseums.com, was founded in 2009 by Felix, a dedicated model railroader and webdesigner from The Netherlands. Felix started the development of MRM at the age of 20 in response to the growing number of model railroad museums/tracks in Europe and because of the lack of overview out on the internet. MRM is meant to be a website where model railroad museums are listed and categorized in order to provide a top quality overview for its visitors. Since Felix did not only vision this website to be a link portal, he added forums in order to create a community and provide a central place on the internet where visitors could discuss museums. Currently he manages most of the website himself.

By Felix: I found this picture displaying a tram stop near a park somewhere in my photo collection. I took it at the Eurospoor model railroad exhibition (Jaarbeurs Utrecht, NL) in 2009. The track layout is modeled after the German city Dresden.

Modelrailroadmuseums.com is best viewed with Firefox 3.0 or higher and a screen resolution of at least 1024x800 pixels.
